Arrival
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment so that you can fully enjoy your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next guest’s appointment.
Health & Wellness Guidelines
For your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment:

For certain bodywork and wellness services, we recommend avoiding aspirin, blood thinners, and anti-inflammatory medications prior to your appointment unless prescribed by your physician.

Clients must not arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Appointments will be canceled if a client appears impaired, and applicable fees may apply.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or concerns before your service.
Appointment Policy
To provide every guest with a calm and personalized experience, all appointments must be scheduled in advance. At this time, we are unable to accommodate same-day appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
This policy allows us to honor your reserved time and offer availability to other guests.
Deposits
A deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If you need to reschedule or book another appointment, please contact your therapist directly.
Ayurveda Services
All Ayurveda services require prior approval before an appointment can be confirmed.

Required documents will be sent to you and must be completed before approval.

Once your appointment is approved, an invoice will be issued.

The invoice must be paid within 12 hours to confirm your appointment.

If payment is not received within 12 hours, the appointment may be released and canceled
Refund Policy
All payments and deposits are non-refundable
